Our Founder
Fernando Lindoro Tenorio, MBA
Managing Director
Over the past decade, I’ve nurtured a vision to inspire others to explore new gastronomic experiences through exceptional food, wine, and spirits. I’ve worked as a chef and manager in some of Mexico’s top restaurants and institutions, mastering the balance between our rich traditions and global cuisine—where each dish becomes a tribute to heritage and a spark of creativity.
As a sommelier, I’m qualified to introduce you to wines from around the world that deepen each sensory experience. As a mixologist, I invite you to explore the stories behind tequila, mezcal, whisky, and gin. Together, we can create innovative cocktails and unforgettable tasting events.
My journey has taken me from Mexico to the United Kingdom, with extensive travels throughout Europe and South America. I’ve earned an MBA (International) in the UK and Level 3 certification from the Wines & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), expanding my understanding of global flavors and cultures. I’m passionate about sharing this knowledge in both English and Spanish.
Preparation and authenticity are at the heart of every experience I create. I believe language and culture are essential for real connection. Rooted in growth and a deep appreciation for diversity, I aim to bring people together to celebrate the joy of discovery.
